AD CAMPAIGNS: AUTO DEALERSHIP

In this case study, we’ll go over a successful Facebook ad campaign we executed for an Auto Dealership, which aimed to generate credit application submissions through a custom survey application.

The Plan:

Our client, a reputable auto dealership, wanted to increase the overall sales of their In-House Financing Department. We decided instead of optimizing for traditional leads (Contact Info & Vehicle), it was best to optimize to try and get people to submit a full pre-qualification application.

To address this challenge, we implemented a Facebook & Instagram Ad Campaign strategy, A Custom Survey Application Landing Page, & Automated follow-up text sequences.

Video Ad Creation

The Ad creative was a short, high-impact video crafted to capture attention and drive our message across: "Buy Car Here, Pay For Car Here. No Credit Required". The video was shot from an iPhone and was edited to make it pop and engaging with subtitles.

Pre-Qualification Landing Page

  • Custom Survey that makes the application process seamless and straightforward, minimizing drop-offs and ensuring higher completion rates

  • Custom questions to capture necessary contact information & documents to assess creditworthiness and vehicle preferences effectively, enabling the dealership to pre-qualify leads more accurately.

  • User Friendly/Mobile Optimized experience that loads fast on any device and does not allow user to click anywhere else but through.

Automated Text Message Follow Up

To nurture leads and enhance conversion rates without relying on a person, we implemented an auto follow up sequence. As soon as a user submitted their application, they received an instant SMS confirming receipt, reinforcing trust and engagement.

The Results:
